Dark 23 is a limited edition heavy rum that marries Caribbean style rum distilling with Appalachian whiskey techniques. It starts with a custom, pure molasses blend which is rested in 23 port wine barrels through our own version of the Solera method. It’s finished with a touch of port wine and homemade syrup for a smooth, smoky, and perfectly spiced flavor.
