Dark Pineapple Rum Slushy


1 pineapple or one 16 oz bag of frozen pineapple chunks
½ cup Hilton Head Distillery Dark Pineapple Rum
1 cup cold water


Using a pineapple corer, core the pineapple and slice the pineapple into chunks. (Substitute frozen pineapple if desired.)

Place the pineapple chunks flat on a baking sheet and freeze solid, about 2 hours.

Place all ingredients into the base of your blender and secure the lid in place.

Blend for 2-3 minutes or until drink is slushy in consistency.

Pour into glasses, add a fun umbrella, straw and enjoy.
